School Mental Health EAP Catalog

How Crosswinds Counseling Mental Health EAP bridges the gap:

  • Onsite Counseling For Students: Our therapists come to you.
  • Mental Health EAP For Staff: Flexible, easy-to-use Employee Assistance Program for staff.
  • Continuum Of Care: Many of our school therapists also offer outpatient counseling, meaning students and employees often have the option of continuing with their therapist.

Crosswinds’ In-School Counseling program is at no cost to parents! Parents aren’t burdened with the bill and can focus on being emotionally supportive of their children on their journey to recovery.

How To Get Started

Pre-teen Counseling
  • Meet With Crosswinds: We’ll discuss the needs and challenges for your particular school. For in-school counseling, you will have the opportunity to meet your therapist to determine if they’re a good fit.
  • Onboarding: The Crosswinds team will work with you to make sure you have all the appropriate information readily available for parents and your staff.

Our Therapists can focus more on the student, without being distracted by scheduling and payment logistics. We have an administrative team that works with the school to take care of all of those details.

What Our Schools Are Saying

“Parents don’t see the trauma their students are facing at school. We have 4th graders talking about suicide. We are dealing with serious issues in grade schools. Our counselor has really helped me deal with these issues and is helping our students!”

-School Principal

“I feel hopeful for the first time since talking with my counselor!”

-Student

“All the time allotted for the counselor is full before our counselor even enters the building. Parents are coming in and expressing their thanks and are overemotional about the need that this service is addressing!”

-School Principal

When students are less distracted by personal struggles, they are more able to focus on growth in the classroom. When teachers and faculty are able to address mental health concerns in themselves, they are better teachers.
